[OpenAFS-devel] Regarding volserver hangs in 1.2.X

Some months back, there was a thread about volserver hangs in the
OpenAFS 1.2.X series:

I'm afraid I didn't quite follow the entire conversation, so I was
wondering: Is this problem fixed in the OpenAFS 1.3.X (and presumably
(1.4.X) series?  The same thing is currently happening to us on
a fairly regular basis, where the volserver gets stuck at the same
place as above.  It's almost always happening during the vos backupsys
that we run every night.

I won't bore you with any more details (excepting my PS:), but since
this has hit us 8 or 10 times just in the last couple months alone, it
probably wouldn't be too long until I could provide any additional
information asked for.

PS: Here's the backtrace on v1.2.11 on Solaris 8 that led me to
    believe it's the same problem.  I include it in case it
