I could use some help with this tcpdump trace:

I'm running an OpenAFS client from cvs head as of today on OpenBSD 3.6.
Every half hour or so the client hangs for 15-30 seconds then recovers.  I
thought this was an rx problem but now I'm not so sure.

The problem seems to be the FS Reply in frame 4843 that took 16 seconds to
complete.  Could this be a server or network problem?  Does it seem
suspicious that this long-delayed reply happens on the first request after
the init-callback-state in frame 4832?

I don't know what the server is but I can find out.
