[OpenAFS-devel] openafs-1.4.1 build failure on RHEL3 -- aklog fails to build

Show me an rpm conditional based on the OS version number.  It's not like
there's a %{_osvers} macro that RPM provides to me.  I have an external
helper script I use when building the full set of RPMS, but I don't want to
depend on that.

My current plan is to patch aclocal.m4.  You're welcome to choose not to
accept that patch, but I still feel it's the best approach, even if it's
only relevant on RHEL3.

If you think that there's a decent SPECfile patch that fixes this, please
feel free to send me the diff.
