[OpenAFS-devel] What's building openafs-web/release/openafs-1.4.* ?

I'm okay with Simon enabling this for Gerrit, although there's still a
bunch of manual work that has to be done to actually *use* those scripts,
and I'm not exactly sure what workflow Derrick uses.
