i dont doubt that.  2012 doesnt present a problem for me. however, 2014
does appear to be an issue:

  use native IPv6 by the end of FY 2014

so two years to get afs to provide ipv6 doesnt seem unreasonable to me.
of course, if your data migration from afs to something else is likely
to be significant, you might not be able to afford to wait until 2014.

of course, this all might change after the next election.
