[OpenAFS] OpenAFS on HP-UX 10.2

10.20 does support pthreads--you may need to get a patch from HP to have the functionality.

Any hints or experience in changing the makefiles to build on 10.2?

Yes/no. It won't build at all under 10.20 due to lack of pthreads. And
yes, the same lack of kernel support will apply.

It's unfortunate, as I've got a pile of hpux 10.20 machines still
running 3.4a-5.36.
