[OpenAFS] Bunch of questions

Hi,

I don't plan on reinventing the wheel, so I'd like to ask for your
experiences:

1) Has anybody run benchmark tests comparing NFS and OpenAFS?
   If so what tests did you do and what results did you get?
2) How difficult is it to integrate windows clients into an
   openafs + Kerberos 5 environment and how do I go about that?
3) Is there a ftp site which offers compiled packages of Kerberos 5
   and openafs-krb5 for other systems than debian?
4) Do you have any advice about the soft migration of a NIS + NFS
   net to a OpenAFS + Kerberos 5 net?
