Looks like it was Thomas Mueller - new RPMs for 7.2 have been built here
at Chemnitz University of Technology.

BTW: SuSE 7.3 RPMs are available at
(http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/urz/afs/openafs/download/suse-7.3/) - they
are preconfigured for cell .tu-chemnitz.de but this can be changed
easily.
