[OpenAFS] deleting /usr/vice/cache/*?

Don't do that while it's running or you'll have severe problems - afs will
likely completely hang.

Doing that before afs is started should be fine. You can also just 'cat
/dev/null > /usr/vice/cache/CacheItems' for similar effect that doesn't have
to actually delete all the files first.
