[OpenAFS] AFS client for MAC OS 9.x

We've installed Samba (compiled "-with-afs") on a unix box and use Dave 
(from Thursby Corp) to access AFS via the Samba box.  Works pretty good. 
 Only drawback is that Dave is a commercial product (something like 
$80/client).
