[OpenAFS] Server shutdown...

This morning I came into work ro find that my afs server had shutdown
services. There was a message ...

"File server restart/shutdown recieved at...<time of shutdown>"
"File server has temintated normally at.. <time of shutdown>"

Then looking through the logs BosLog
I see

"<time of shutdown> Server directory access is not okay"

I believe the access error simply reflects the shutdown, but why would
services simply shitdown? I've seen this happen before but services have

always come back up almost immediately...

Can someone tell me what would have caused this?

Is there a list of messages and there meaning?

Iam running openafs-1.1.1 on a redhat 7.1 box with kernel 2.4.3-12
(redhat flavor)
