[OpenAFS] Windows2000 - Can't Find Root Cell

1. Please send me your afsdcell.ini.

2. From the command line what is the value of the environmnet variable
SystemRoot?

3. afsdcell.ini should be located at %SystemRoot%\.

4. From the AFS Control Panel - navigate to AFS Client Configuration -
select AFS Cells Tab.
Can you see your cell in the list?
Highlight your cell, select change, are the values as you expect?
