[OpenAFS] touch: creating `/afs/bayour.com/test': Read-only file system

Following the AFS convention (or the setup guide), /afs/bayour.com would be
the mount point of the read-only version of the root.cell
(root.cell.readonly) volume and /afs/.bayour.com would be the mount point
of the read-write version (i.e., root.cell).
You need to run the "vos release root.cell" command to make the changes in
the read-write version seen in the read-only replica(s).

Very weird, the file system is read-only. Why? And how do I fix it?
