[OpenAFS] debian troubles

Most of my install is from when they were just boxedpenguin.com
packages, but I did just install a third server for a local cell using
just the debian packages from "unstable" (1.2.3final2-1); had to do
some bits by hand (the scripts are designed to set up a new cell with
one server, not to add a server to a cell) but it worked fine.

(We're of course interested in improving the packages, but we need
more specific examples of common problems in order to figure out how
to work around or avoid them...)
