[OpenAFS] AFS 1.2.3 and OS X

Two things:

1) I'm having some initial issues with OS 10.1.5 and afs 1.2.3....the first 
is that regardless of the ThisCell and afsd.options files, it still takes 
10-20 minutes to populate the /afs root directory on new login sessions. 
Any fix for this?  The second is that tokens do not carry from shell to 
window sessions....is there a fix for this or a way to get tokens at 
original login?

2) How do you uninstall it?
