[OpenAFS] NT client timestamp problem during file creation

Hi,

	I don't know if this is a known problem or not ... I wasn't really sure 
where to search for it. Someone at my company noticed that file creation 
using the NT 1.2.2b client produces a file that has a datestamp an hour in 
the future, even though the NT (actually win2k) machine has the daylight 
savings time set properly. File copy operations and normal modifications 
produce the correct date, but not file creation. Is this a known problem?
