[OpenAFS] Errors in backup

I'm using a homemade backupscript to put all volumes down to
harddisk before backing it up to tape. Every now and then I get
mail's similar to this from cron... Anyone know what's wrong?

The volume 'user.malin' ALWAYS have problem! Usually it's only
that one. And I can't see why/where I do wrong in the script
(the 'Could not create backup volume for ... - no such volume').
