[OpenAFS] Hang during Install, WindowsXP

OpenAFS server wizard on XP, at the end, gives me an error message about 
BOS failing to start, timeout. I've tried two different machines with 
exactly the same problem.

I've searched the net, and I'm not the only one with the problem. I can't 
find the solution, only questions.
