[OpenAFS] Engagement of an Openafs Developer

I have been woking on this, and have it it running on Itanium.
I am in the process of checking the modifications against the HP 11.0 and
11i systems. 

Some of the modificaitons have been commiteed to the OpenAFS CVS, but not
all. So it should be available soon.
