[OpenAFS] Win2K - Event ID 1004

Hi All,

Having a strange problem with OpenAFS 1.2.2b and Win2K SP 3 using IIS 
5.0. I have an ISAPI filter reading a file in AFS space for 
authentication, but for unknown reasons, the filter can not access the 
file, even when it is available in other parts of the system (i.e 
through explorer, dir filename in Cmd window, sample C program that just 
opens that specific file). The problem has fixed itself in the past, but 
recently has stuck around.

Is it possible that websvc can't read an AFS file, but a user can, 
through explorer or Cmd?

The only error code I can see - and somewhat randomly at that - is Event 
ID 1004 or 1009. I tried looking these up with the error finding utility 
and there was no data. I downloaded this list archive and searched for 
this Event ID, but didn't see any answers.

Any ideas/help is greatly appreciated,
