[OpenAFS] cross plateform authentication

Hi
I need help regarding croos plateform authentication.
I have installed afs in digital unix ( as a server).
I am using HP ux 11.0 machine as client. After
successfully installation if i use command klog admin
and give password it does not authenticate and says
password not valid.

But if I am using HP ux 11.00 as server then it works
fine.
Can u pls guide me where I am wrong?
