[OpenAFS] OpenAFS backup to TSM on Solaris 9 platforms

I am not certain about Solaris, but I'm still waiting for the XBSA
library to be ported for use on Linux->TSM.  XBSA is the problem, not
OpenAFS.  XBSA is still licenced by IBM, you'll have to contact them on
that one.

I am running butc on AIX until then.  Backlevel?
