[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.3.63 on Windows XP

I don't suspect this is your problem, but we have problems with 1.3.63 
(and KfW 2.6.1) because our DB servers have not yet been converted to 
OpenAFS which supports the K5 ticket/token :-/

In our (current, hopefully soon-to-be-updated) environment:

Integrated AFS Logon via KFW:
- KfW 2.6.0 works for us
- KfW 2.6.1 breaks us because we can't handle K5 tokens

AFS Logon via "Obtain New Tokens..."
- OpenAFS 1.3.62 works for us
- OpenAFS 1.3.63 breaks us because we can't handle K5 tokens
