[OpenAFS] Ken Hornstein's monster-patch

Hi All-

I have Ken Hornstein's afs-krb5-2.0.tar.gz from March 2003, and following 
Jeffrey Hutzelman's suggestion that I just try to build whatever I can of 
the sources from that tarball to get going with OpenAFS v1.2.11 and MIT 
Kerberos 5 v1.3.1, I thought I would try to apply Ken's monster-patch in 
that tarball first.

Ken's docs say that the patch was meant for 1.2.7 of MIT Kerberos 5, and 
so it probably won't come as much of a surprise to anyone to learn that 
attempting to apply the patch to 1.3.1 sources fails pretty badly.  Ken's 
docs say that there should be only 3 rejected patches, but in fact, I 
have quite alot more.

I have a note out to Ken about his tarball, and Jeffrey said that 2.0 
seems to be the latest version of it, but does anyone know of a later 
version of the monster-patch itself?

I know it's not required for using AFS with MIT Kerby 5 authentication 
(Ken says as much), but I just thought I'd ask before moving on to trying 
to build his other sources.
