[OpenAFS] OpenAFS on RH AS2.1?

I've built 1.2.11 RPMs for ES2.1 and I think it should work for the AS
tree, we're about to test it soon.

I can offer it to you, but you will need to replace the CellServeDB and
the ThisCell files.  Let me know if you want to try it.
