[OpenAFS] Help on dumptool for AFS dump

Hi Hartmut,
  I'm trying to get files out from a volume dump. I read AFS info list and
found you know how to do it. The OS is Redhat 7.0, and AFS is 1.2.2a. I
could not find /src/test for the dumptool. Would you please send me the
executable dumptool if you have the right version for the platform? or is
there any other method to do it?
