When installing an additional fileserver and trying to upload data =
and/or
binaries

bos create $S upclientetc simple "/usr/afs/bin/upclient $H -t 300 -crypt
/usr/afs/etc" -cell $C -noauth

the upclient errors out with:

Operation not permitted calling FetchFile

The server sends an ABORT RX protocol packet back after getting a =
fetch-info
request from the client

This used to work.
