[OpenAFS] bos server running on 127.0.0.1 ??

I switched back to the older version of the windows software for OpenAFS.

Anyway, I still see the host on 127.0.0.1 as a server for the new cell that I
created. but there is a BOS server running on it and nothing else (no other
service, no volumes, no partitions)
