[OpenAFS] Volume restore failing with "corrupted volume header on tape"

I'm testing by backup restore setup and I ran into the following oddity.

The backup dump works just fine, but I can't do a volrestore of anything on the tape.
I'm suspicious that I've run over a volume size limit in the restore code?

This is the command that I'm running, the pertinent information follows.

backup volrestore -server lars -partition /vicepa -volume home.mwb \
 -extension .lastbackup -localauth

I'm running OpenAFS 1.2.11 on a 2.4 kernel. The scantape output follows.

Thanks
