[OpenAFS] Many partitions: How?

I think the point is you don't make anything at all to "create" a 
partition.
Just mount a filesystem to vicep(b,...) and restart the fileserver.

Alternatively you can just create the directory and touch the file 
"AlwaysAttach" in that directory as Nathan pointed out.

That's all ... really ;-)
