[OpenAFS] auto-detecting ThisCell?

It occurred to me that OpenAFS is only one step away from a
zero-configuration afs client.  For a site that uses AFSDB, you can
enable dynroot by default on install, and the only remaining
configuration option is what to use for ThisCell.

If there were a configuration-free client scenario, OpenAFS would
probably have a better chance of getting shipped by-default by more
linux distributions, and by Apple (in Mac OS X)....
