I would like to emphasize that this is a *great* way that someone who
isn't a coder could help the OpenAFS project and community as a whole.
There is quite a bit of information that could be on the web pages which
isn't, and there is work just waiting to be picked up for the web pages.

For example, the code to do HTML conversions of the new POD reference
documentation for OpenAFS commands and files is all written and basically
works, so the old Administrative Guide could be unhooked from the
documentation section and the newly generated HTML reference docs, which
are much more up-to-date, could be dropped in instead.
