Or the Heimdal commands like Brandon Allbery noted. Indeed, there is no program "asetkey" on any system I've used - again a difference between Heimdal and MIT.

asetkey comes from the afs-krb5 migration kit or from very recent OpenAFS; it is not part of MIT krb5.
