[OpenAFS] Is openafs.org up or down?

Actually, while I would agree that getting to the absolutely
correct address might need the source page, RFC 2142 has
a list of the "well known", "expected" email contacts, which=20
EVERY well run site should redirect to the appropriate person.
For web problems, the RFC 2142 address would be (surprise!)
webmaster@openafs.org.  The RFC's are your friend.  Right
behind google.
