[OpenAFS] Autoconf/configure problem for Sparc[64] in both 1.4.0 and 1.,4.1-rc8

Committed as sparc-linux-config-20060317.  I haven't pulled it up yet, but
the same patch has been in the Debian package for quite a while so it's
probably safe.  I'll probably pull it up for the 1.4.1 release unless
we're in a complete code freeze.
