[OpenAFS] mutually distrustful fileservers

I seem to recall at some point hearing about a future feature where
fileservers could each have their own KeyFile -- allowing untrusted
persons to run fileservers (but not dbservers) without the ability to
compromise other parts of the cell.

Was this implemented for 1.4.1, or is it a 1.5.x feature?  Or am I
just imagining things?
