There's an updated Quick Start Guide in CVS which includes, amongst other 
changes the removal of the kaserver documentation, details on setting up a 
cell with krb5, and documentation of dynroot and afsdb.

I keep meaning to bring this up as html on a webserver somewhere so fok 
can comment on it.
