[OpenAFS] missing sysid file, vos listaddrs empty

Ok.

Did a bos addhost doing the servername in all lowercase, then a bos removehost
removing the entry that was already in CellServDB, restarted all the servers,
and that seems to have done the trick.

Not sure why...
