I assume the cache is the problem, it doesn't store complete files, just
chunks.
In my native eyes I would freeze the cache and just allow read
operations on these chunks IN cache (if network broke down).
And for offline support, there really need to be that kind of list of
files to be complete in sync in cache if I plan to go offline (offline
folders like).
