[OpenAFS] Problem in x64 1.5.51 Client?

Hello,

i have installed
KFW 3.2.2 64,32Bit
1.5.51 MSI Package x64
1.5.51 MSI 32 Bit Tools
on Windows 2003 Server x64

it is not possible to execute any file from AFS Filespace.
Error Message is: "Windows cannot access the specifies device,path,or 
file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".

Now i can go down to this AFS directory in Windows Explorer.
The ACL on the directory is rlidwk and the unix file permission for 
owner of file are xxx------.

Bug or Configuration?
