[OpenAFS] xstat_fs_test and xstat_cm_test are not included in the openafs.org rpms

Hi all,

xstat_fs_test and xstat_cm_test do not appear to be included in the
openafs.org 1.4.7 RHEL5 rpms. Are they supposed to be included?
