[OpenAFS] Linux startup script for OpenAFS server

I am in the process of installing OpenAFS on Linux servers; currently
our AFS server runs on AIX.  The RPMs that install the Linux server
software (Scientific Linux for anyone interested) do not seem to have a
start-up script for the server.  Before I write my own, does anyone have
such a script that they would be willing to post to the list or just to
me.
