[OpenAFS] Problem getting referenced Microsoft Knowledge Base article

The OpenAFS Windows Download page lists some Microsoft Hotfixes, some of
which are deemed critical for the correct operation of OpenAFS.  One of
these, for Windows XP, is supposedly 971421 (the last one on the page).

Unfortunately, the Microsoft Knowledge Base is denying any knowledge of
such an article.  Is this an article they've pulled?  Or was it incorrect=

referenced on the OpenAFS page?  In any case, it's very frustrating havin=

something labeled as CRITICAL which doesn't seem to exist.
