[OpenAFS] PtLog errors....Ubik: Error read database file: errno=22

Those are the symptoms that I saw when I was trying to run the kaserver on
Linux back when we were trying to get off Solaris before turning off K4.
Whenever that message was displayed, whatever query had been attempted to
the kaserver failed.  I never did figure out what was causing it and then
stopped caring when we turned off K4, and I'd never seen it with any
server except the kaserver.
