[OpenAFS] help : pts createuser command hang

Hi

I am following bellow article to setup afs server
http://docs.openafs.org/QuickStartUnix/ch02s15.html

I followed almost everything, but bellow command hang
it does not do anything .. its just sit there ..


pts createuser -name fosiul -cell cellname  -noauth



 bos status host.cell.local  -noauth -long
Instance ptserver, (type is simple) currently running normally.
    Process last started at Tue Oct 19 15:11:43 2010 (1 proc starts)
    Command 1 is '/usr/afs/bin/ptserver'

Instance buserver, (type is simple) currently running normally.
    Process last started at Tue Oct 19 15:11:43 2010 (1 proc starts)
    Command 1 is '/usr/afs/bin/buserver'

Instance vlserver, (type is simple) currently running normally.
    Process last started at Tue Oct 19 15:11:43 2010 (1 proc starts)
    Command 1 is '/usr/afs/bin/vlserver'
