[OpenAFS] pts: Permission denied ; unable to create user admin

HI thanks
Thats problem was solved .. I found out that
CEllServDB and ThisCell was not holding right hostname
but now i am having another problem which is
bellow command hang, it does not do anything, just sit there..
pts createuser -name fosiul -cell cellname -noauth
bellow is
bos status host.cell.local -noauth -long
Instance ptserver, (type is simple) currently running normally.
Process last started at Tue Oct 19 15:11:43 2010 (1 proc starts)
Command 1 is '/usr/afs/bin/ptserver'
Instance buserver, (type is simple) currently running normally.
Process last started at Tue Oct 19 15:11:43 2010 (1 proc starts)
Command 1 is '/usr/afs/bin/buserver'
Instance vlserver, (type is simple) currently running normally.
Process last started at Tue Oct 19 15:11:43 2010 (1 proc starts)
Command 1 is '/usr/afs/bin/vlserver'
is there any thing i can do ??

You are probably creating a new cell, right?<br>
If so, you may run "bos setauth localhost -authrequired off -localauth=
