The Debian project is very unlikely to ever accept Nexenta as part of the
project.  It continues to be the belief of many people inside Debian that
Nexenta is illegal, despite Nexenta's vigorous hand-waving about the legal
issues they're ignoring.  This came up again at this year's DebConf.
