Yes you are correct. I checked our installscript for 1.7.1 and that install=
s 64-bit first and 32-bit tools afterwards, which explains why it works.=0A=

The reason why we switched around was because one of our upgrade (can't rem=
ember which) didn't work with running 64-bit first and 32-bit tools later, =
it only upgraded 64-bit but not 32-bit tools. No error, it just didn't get =
upgraded. If we switched them around it worked right away and we kept it th=
at way ever since.=0A=

Anyway, we now got an explanation of the problem that we seem to have cause=

There are no changes between 1.7.1 and 1.7.6 to the installer scripts.=0A=
