[OpenAFS] Success Report - First OpenAFS 1.6.8 release candidate available

Have deployed openafs 1.6.8pre1 on various Red Hat 5 and 6 machines -
The Red Hat 6 machines are fairly heavily used SMP machines
50 - 80  simultaneous sessions 50 GB cache - these used to
get getcwd errors previously - these errors have not been seen with
1.6.8.pre1 - no new errors to report -
