Somehow MS update clobbered my long running AFS client.

Upgrading KFW to 4.x doesn't seem to work with Netidmgr

What are the latest compatible versions of KFW, Netidmgr & OpenAFS for
windows XP3 and links to same? What is the recommended install sequence?
